<p>The bank&#39;s 7<sup>th</sup> annual general meeting held on Wednesday, March 14 endorsed the decision to distribute bonus share. The meeting led by the bank&#39;s Chairman Rajesh Shrestha also approved the financial statement of the bank.</p>

<p>After the bonus share distribution, the bank&#39;s total paid up capital will stand at Rs 8.6 billion, reads a press statement issued by the bank.</p>
