The conference will have panel discussions of CEOs and HR experts on ‘Employment opportunity and skill gap’ as well as parallel sessions on ‘Organisation transformation and change management’, ‘Cultural adaptability in organisation’ and ‘Innovative tools for managing HR’, panel interview, individual sessions for stress management and work-life balance.
Organising a press meet on Tuesday, March 6, Mohan Ojha, managing director of Growth Sellers said that people can change and drive the company, institution and the nation. “We are still in developing phase where the management needs to understand the importance of people power.
