<p>Basnet shared his experiences during the second session of X-Preneur, an inspirational and interactive event designed for startups, students and to be entrepreneurs held on Sunday, January 28. </p>
<p> “Social media updates are very essential, especially for e-commerce business, and they can bring massive growth if used wisely,” he shared. </p>
<p>However, in Nepal, most of the e-commerce sites over-focus on advertising their products and keep little effort for providing effective delivery and service to the customers.</p>
<p>“Effective delivery is equally important to earn long-term customers and their trust,” said Basnet during the interaction organised by Clock b Innovations. He also shared that having multiple revenue model is important for startups for their sustainability.</p>
<p>The interaction concluded with question and answer session. X-Preneur is a series of events which is held every 15 days at Kaffe Codes, Thapathali.</p>
