January 15: MAW Enterprises, the authorized distributer of Yamaha motorcycles and scooters in Nepal, organized its first-ever adventurous ride out with riders of Yamaha FZ25 on Saturday, January 14.  The joy ride with the tagline 'Ride Together, Bond Stronger', flagged off from Genesis Cafe, Kathmandu and ended at Dhulikhel where the riders had a full day fun, reads a statement issued by the company.

Twenty five young FZ25 riders from different professional backgrounds were present in the event. They were divided into groups and assigned with tasks like picking the flag, tug-of-war, arm wrestling and other fun-filled activities. They were also given practical training on self defense by the professional trainers. Samir Rana was declared the 'Ultimate Street Fighter' of the event.

Commenting on the initiation of Yamaha, Vishnu Kumar Agarwal, managing director of MAW Enterprises said, “Today's edition of ride out is just a beginning. There are many more to come in future. Our only objective is to bond stronger with riders.”

He also thanked the riders for trusting Yamaha brand.

“Yamaha motorcycles ensure the riding thrill while not compromising safety and comfort.  Yamaha FZ25 is upgraded version of our legendary FZ series,” he added.

Similarly, Sharad Vesawkar, national cricketer cum brand ambassador of Yamaha motorcycles in Nepal, shared the pride of being himself a rider of FZ25.

‘'I feel happy to share that I am one of the proud owners of FZ25. I am satisfied with its performance and request bike enthusiasts to test it once.”

FZ25 is Yamaha's latest model in Nepal that comprises a newly designed air-cooled with oil cooler, 249 cc, 4-stroke, SOHC, 2-valve, single-cylinder, high-torque fuel-injected engine on a lightweight frame (148 Kg) that enables the joy of control as the rider intends, the statement said.
