<p>However, Brigadier General Nain Raj Dahal, spokesperson of NA, said that the possibility of delay in construction of the project is very slim.</p>
<p>“We are studying the DPR for the project prepared by the Indian company. So, we cannot say anything in this regard right now,” he said, adding, “The DPR is being studied and we will submit a report to the government with amendments.”</p>
<p>The NA had taken over the responsibility of building the 76.2 kilometers fast track with an aim of completing it in four years.</p>
<p>“We are discussing about the subject and there will be no problem in the future for we have our own design for the fast track,” Dahal told New Business Age, adding, “Tender notices have already been issued and materials for the construction have been purchased too.”</p>
<p>The government has allocated Rs 10 billion in the current fiscal year while the estimated cost of the project is Rs 112 billion.</p>

<p>The initial agreement reached between the concerned stakeholders regarding the NA purchasing the DPR prepared by Indian company Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services (ILFS) has not yet materialized. Due to this, speculation is rife that the project will be delayed.</p>
<p>However, Brigadier General Nain Raj Dahal, spokesperson of NA, said that the possibility of delay in construction of the project is very slim.</p>
<p>“We are studying the DPR for the project prepared by the Indian company. So, we cannot say anything in this regard right now,” he said, adding, “The DPR is being studied and we will submit a report to the government with amendments.”</p>
<p>The NA had taken over the responsibility of building the 76.2 kilometers fast track with an aim of completing it in four years.</p>
<p>“We are discussing about the subject and there will be no problem in the future for we have our own design for the fast track,” Dahal told New Business Age, adding, “Tender notices have already been issued and materials for the construction have been purchased too.”</p>
<p>The government has allocated Rs 10 billion in the current fiscal year while the estimated cost of the project is Rs 112 billion.</p>

<p>The initial agreement reached between the concerned stakeholders regarding the NA purchasing the DPR prepared by Indian company Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services (ILFS) has not yet materialized. Due to this, speculation is rife that the project will be delayed.</p>
<p>However, Brigadier General Nain Raj Dahal, spokesperson of NA, said that the possibility of delay in construction of the project is very slim.</p>
<p>“We are studying the DPR for the project prepared by the Indian company. So, we cannot say anything in this regard right now,” he said, adding, “The DPR is being studied and we will submit a report to the government with amendments.”</p>
<p>The NA had taken over the responsibility of building the 76.2 kilometers fast track with an aim of completing it in four years.</p>
<p>“We are discussing about the subject and there will be no problem in the future for we have our own design for the fast track,” Dahal told New Business Age, adding, “Tender notices have already been issued and materials for the construction have been purchased too.”</p>
<p>The government has allocated Rs 10 billion in the current fiscal year while the estimated cost of the project is Rs 112 billion.</p>
