Along with service, customers will also be able to get genuine Volkswagen parts and accessories from the new service centre, reads a press statement issued by the company.</span></p>
<p>“We, at Volkswagen, are rigorously thinking of ‘additional value’ that we can offer to our customers, post-purchase service being one of them. As our customers are overwhelmingly satisfied by owning and driving our cars, we want our customers to get reliable Volkswagen experience in servicing too. That is why we have extended our authorized service centre. We will be adding more of these kind of authorized service centres in various parts of Nepal,” the company’s CEO Bibek Bijukchhe said while inaugurating the service station.</p>
<p>On the very day, Volkswagen also offered its customers free car check up and wash. </p>
