December 11: Jitendra Arora has been appointed as the Chairman of Standard Chartered Bank (SCB), Nepal. The 361st board meeting of the bank on Friday, December 8, took a decision to this effect. He took oath of office and secrecy in the presence of Nepal Rastra Bank’s Governor Chiranjivi Nepal. The newly-appointed Chairman Arora is currently also SCB’s regional head of commercial banking in ASEAN and South Asia.

The 361</span><sup>st</sup><span style="font-size:13px"> board meeting of the bank on Friday, December 8, took a decision to this effect. He took oath of office and secrecy in the presence of Nepal Rastra Bank’s Governor Chiranjivi Nepal.
