November 30: Floriculturists of the eastern region are organising a five-day floral fair in Dharan from December 22 to 25. Entrepreneurs in the floral business said that transaction worth around Rs 4 million during the three-day floral fair in Feburary last year encouraged them to organize the fair this year too.
The secretary of Floriculture Association Nepal, Prem Parajuli, informed that the fair is being orgainsed in collaboration with Sunsari chapter of Floriculture Association Nepal. Parajuli said they are expecting transaction worth Rs 10 million this time.
The fair will feature 30 stalls of floriculturists from Itahari, Bhojpur, Dhankuta, Tehrathum, Morang, Jhapa and Sunsari.
