As per the agreement, Nepalis living in India can send money back home from more than 4,500 branches of Ex-Im Bank and their contact person in Nepal can withdraw the amount from any branch of Laxmi Bank. Issuing a press statement, Laxmi Bank said that the customers of both the banks can benefit from pre-paid card service for travelling to India and abroad. Likewise, using the prepaid card of Laxmi Bank, customers can exchange foreign currency of 16 different countries. Laxmi Bank’s Deputy CEO Ajay Bikram Shah and Ex-Im Bank’s Executive Vice President (Finance Section) Ashok Gautam and Senior Vice President (Retail) Neeraj Sinha signed the agreement amid a function in Kathmandu on November 14.</span></p>
