Dhungel was appointed to the post as per the decision of the 39<sup>th</sup> meeting of the Board of Directors of NIC ASIA Capital, reads a press statement issued by the company.</p>
<p>According to the company, Dhungel has over 23 years of experience in financial sector. Earlier he was associated with Araniko Development Bank Ltd as the CEO. Dhungel succeeds Ram Chandra Khanal, who was under deputation from NIC ASIA Bank Ltd.</p>
<p>NIC ASIA Capital said it has been providing full range of merchant banking services with emphasis on customer centered merchant banking services. </p>
