July 28: Himalayan Airlines has decided to add more flights between Kathmandu and Doha. The private airlines of Nepal has been operating just one flight to and fro Doha-Kathmandu per week at present. But from September 2, it is planning to operate 11 flights per week in the same route.

'content' => '<p>July 28: Himalayan Airlines has decided to add more flights between Kathmandu and Doha. The private airlines of Nepal has been operating just one flight to and fro Doha-Kathmandu per week at present. But from September 2, it is planning to operate 11 flights per week in the same route.</p>
<p>However, the additional flights will be available only till October 28 as the main purpose of those flights is to ease the flow of Nepali migrant workers returning home for festivals like Dashain and Tihar.</p>
<p>There will be two additional flights from August 3 and eight more by September 2, informed the airlines.</p>
<p>In the first phase, the additional two flights will be operated on Tuesdays and Thursdays while the additional eight flights will take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.</p>
<p>Himalayan Airlines’ administrative officer Bijay Shrestha said that they decided to operate extra flights for the convenience of Nepali migrant workers keeping in mind the large number of people returning home for celebration. </p>
