Mero Shares Application is an online demat portal, operated by CDS & Clearing Limited – the sole demat share depository of Nepal, reads a press statement issued by the company.</p>
<p style="margin-left:5.0pt">Through the online portal, demat customers can get authentic real-time data on their shares status in their demat account.</p>
<p>Investors can get the service by submitting an application at the office of Kriti Capital. Upon verification, the investors will be emailed login details about online portal.</p>
<p>Speaking at the launching of free service offer, managing director of Kriti Capital Deepesh Vaidya said, “This free service can be available to any investor opening demat account at Kriti Capital. Also, existing demat customers of Kriti Capital can get this free service. First 1,000 applicants submitting their Mero Share Application from Kriti Capital will be given this free service for a period of 1 year.”</p>
<p>This free service offer is part of Kriti Capital’s long-term goal of creating investment awareness and promoting organized investment management. The statement further says.</p>
