<p>“The championship represents a vision for the future of the motor industry, serving as a platform to showcase the latest innovations in electric vehicle technology and alternative energy solutions,” reads the press release.</p>
<p> Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive Akbar Al Baker said, “As the official airline sponsor of the New York City ePrix, we are delighted to congratulate both the race winner, Sam Bird and Formula E for hosting such an exciting and successful event in New York, a key destination for us. <p>“The championship represents a vision for the future of the motor industry, serving as a platform to showcase the latest innovations in electric vehicle technology and alternative energy solutions,” reads the press release.</p>
<p> Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive Akbar Al Baker said, “As the official airline sponsor of the New York City ePrix, we are delighted to congratulate both the race winner, Sam Bird and Formula E for hosting such an exciting and successful event in New York, a key destination for us. We are delighted to have celebrated our 10-year anniversary of flying to New York last month by displaying our trademark colours on the iconic Empire State Building.” </p>
<p>During the event, Al Baker also announced the Qatar Airways’ plan of bringing the award-winning new ‘Qsuite’ Business Class seat to New York this autumn.</p>
<p>Qsuite features the industry’s first-ever double bed available in Business Class, with privacy panels that stow away, allowing passengers in adjoining seats to create their own private room.</p>
<p>Qatar Airways, the national carrier of the State of Qatar, is celebrating 20 years of Going Places Together with travellers across its more than 150 business and leisure destinations. <p>Issuing a press release, Qatar Airways informed that the FIA Formula E Championship is the world’s first fully-electric single-seater racing series, competing on the streets against the backdrop of some of the world’s most iconic cities, including Hong Kong, Marrakech, Buenos Aires, Monaco, Paris, New York and Montreal.</p>
<p>“The championship represents a vision for the future of the motor industry, serving as a platform to showcase the latest innovations in electric vehicle technology and alternative energy solutions,” reads the press release.</p>
<p> Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive Akbar Al Baker said, “As the official airline sponsor of the New York City ePrix, we are delighted to congratulate both the race winner, Sam Bird and Formula E for hosting such an exciting and successful event in New York, a key destination for us. We are delighted to have celebrated our 10-year anniversary of flying to New York last month by displaying our trademark colours on the iconic Empire State Building.” </p>
<p>During the event, Al Baker also announced the Qatar Airways’ plan of bringing the award-winning new ‘Qsuite’ Business Class seat to New York this autumn.</p>
<p>Qsuite features the industry’s first-ever double bed available in Business Class, with privacy panels that stow away, allowing passengers in adjoining seats to create their own private room.</p>
<p>Qatar Airways, the national carrier of the State of Qatar, is celebrating 20 years of Going Places Together with travellers across its more than 150 business and leisure destinations. The world’s fast growing airline has announced it will add a number of exciting new destinations to its growing network in 2017/18, including Dublin, Nice, Skopje, Sarajevo and many more, flying passengers on board its modern fleet of 200 aircraft. </p>
<p>A multiple award-winning airline, Qatar Airways was recently named Airline of the Year by the 2017 World Airline Awards, managed by international air transport rating organisation Skytrax. </p>
