Rajesh Kumar Shrestha, CEO of Asian Life and Mekh Bahadur Thapa, General Manager of NIBL Capital signed an agreement paper regarding the matter amid a program on June 7. The issue manager will be managing 50 percent right shares approved by 8<sup>th</sup> and 9<sup>th</sup> annual general meeting held on last April. The company is floating 4,027,966 units of right shares to its existing shareholders. After the issuance of the right shares, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 1.20 billion. </p>
