The 17<sup>th</sup> annual general meeting of the company held on Birgunj on March 27 endorsed a proposal of distributing the bonus share. In the meeting, NLIC said that the shareholders who invested in further public offering are also entitled to the bonus share.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">According to the company, the paid-up capital of the company will reach to Rs 3.09 billion after the distribution of bonus share. The paid-up capital is the highest among the insurance companies, claimed NLIC. In the AGM, Ramesh Gupta, Chairman of the company presented annual report and other financial reports of the company. </p>
