<p style="text-align:justify">“Similarly, the meeting also approved a proposal of issuing 30 per cent right shares of its paid-up capital maintained after distribution of bonus share.” said Toya Raj Adhikari, CEO of the bank. Moreover, the meeting unanimously elected Shree Ram Pandey, Khem Nath Bhattarai, Chaturakhar Adhikari, Sudip Acharya, Bishnu Raj Parajuli, Dev Krishna Kafle, Bal Ram Baral and Madan Sharma as board members of the bank.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify">The BOD meeting held after the AGM elected Sudip Acharya as Chairman of BOD of the bank, informed the bank.</p>
