The AGM unanimously selected Shri Ram Pandey, Khem Nath Bhattarai, Chaturakhar Adhikari, Sudip Acharya, Bishnu Raj Parajuli, Dev Krishna Kafle, Bal Ram Baral and Madan Sharma Khanal as the members of board of directors. </p>
