The report mentioned essential of building a mechanism under which the three yearly spending structure will be made realistic by making it participatory and the annual budget will be allocated based on the same.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify">According to the report, the government will form a project bank in order to manage capital investment and study feasibility of big and medium projects. The report also mentioned of essentiality of managing and selecting the completed projects as per priority. The report stressed on requirement of separate law and mechanism to complete the national prioritised and other important projects in time.
