<p>Similarly, the bank has also approved all the financial reports including the annual report, audit report and balance sheet as well as profit and loss statement of the bank. During the AGM, the 12.63 per cent dividend proposed by the Assembly Steering Committee has also been approved.</p>
<p>The bank has also decided to issue 60 per cent rights shares to manage the paid -up capital. Likewise, the bank has re-appointed the Baker Tilly Dev Associates (Chartered Accountant Umesh Dhakal and partners) for the fiscal year 2016-2017. </p>
