Mahendra Bhattachan, security director of Ncell said, “After this attack, the rights on network access of public have been violated." Ncell also appeals to the authorities for their support to uphold essential services law so that highly essential services are not disturbed.</p>
<p>“We would also like to request all to be cautious towards such unruly activities that could affect Ncell’s 14 million customers directly indirectly,” said Milan Sharma, Corporate Communications Expert of Ncell. </p>
