As per the agreement, 80 percent of the total investment will be made by Api Power Company. The total cost of 75MW project is expected to be Rs 14.40 billion in which shareholders will invest Rs 4.32 billon. Meanwhile, Power Purchasing Agreement (PPA) of the project is being concluded. The company informs that it will distribute at least 10 percent dividend from the current FY. Api Power said that the fund raised from right shares issuance will be utilize in the construction of Trisuli-Galchi Hydroproject in Nuwakot. </p>
