The AGM has endorsed Chairman’s report and financial report of FY 2071/72, appointment of accountant for FY 2072/73 and stipend of appointed accountant. The meeting has also selected members of board of directors from the election of promoter shareholders.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify">Operating in 10 hilly districts of Eastern and Central Development Region, the microfinance has Rs 10.2 million in paid-up capital. Currently, the microfinance is preparing to expand additional 7 branches from existing 6 branches.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify">In the occasion, the microfinance informs of providing microfinance services to 1300 households investing Rs 30 million in loans and collecting Rs 1.2 million in deposit. </p>
