<p>The bank’s central office will be located in Chipledhunga of Pokhara. The paid-up capital of the entity has totaled Rs 1.05 billion after the merger. Similarly, the bank’s deposits have amounted to Rs 10.82 billion, while loan investments have totaled Rs 9.22 billion. The bank will be serving its customers through 25 branches, 3 ATM counters and 219 employees. After the merger, the number of bank’s customers has reached has nearly 100,000 and 16,275 shareholders. </p>
<p>The new organization formed after the merger has named Sushil Kumar Goshali as the Chairman, Bishwo Mohan Adhikari as the CEO and Budhi Malla as Deputy CEO. </p>
