KATHMANDU, July 30: Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) has been honored as the second best airline company for cargo transportation based in Nepal in 2023. The Nepal Freight Forwarders Association honoured the flag carrier of Nepal with the award on Monday on the occasion of the 30th Cargo Day.

The NAC announced this achievement in a statement, highlighting it as a significant milestone. Ubaraj Adhikari, Executive Chairman of Nepal Airlines Corporation, expressed gratitude for the award, noting that it motivates the NAC to further boost its cargo business.

Adhikari emphasized the NAC’s role in transporting various types of cargo, including 'dangerous goods,' to international destinations. He also extended thanks to stakeholders, cargo agents, employees, and everyone involved in the achievement.
