July 12: Traffic along Prithvi Highway is closed nightly from 10:00 PM to 3:00 AM starting July 10. The closure will continue until July 24 to allow for the repair and maintenance of bridges over the Ganesh Rivulet, Dangdung Rivulet, Kheste Rivulet, and Pokhare Rivulet in the Naubise-Malekhu road section.

The Department of Roads made this decision to ensure the safety of road users and to prevent disruptions during the repairs. The official notice from the Department states, "Vehicles, except ambulances and those used by security bodies, will be completely stopped from 10:00 PM to 3:00 AM every day until July 24."

The Department also advises travelers to use the Galchhi-Bidur-Chhahare-Tokha road as an alternative route during this period. (RSS)
