June 20: Siddhartha Bank Limited has launched the 'Siddhartha Rewards' plan aimed at promoting digital payments. Under this program, customers can earn reward points when they make purchases using the bank's card or top up through mobile banking.
These earned points can be used instead of cash to pay for various services such as airline tickets, hotel stays, shopping, gift cards, insurance, and internet bill payments.
Sundar Prasad Kadel, the Chief Executive Officer of the bank, stated that this service will initiate an exciting and new chapter in digital payments, enhancing the quality of the banking experience for customers. The bank has been consistently introducing customer-friendly services keeping customers’ convenience in mind.
