The doodle features his famous personality test, now known as the 'Rorschach inkblot test'. The doodle features his famous personality test, now known as the 'Rorschach inkblot test'. The black and white doodle features a cartoon version of the renowned psychoanalyst sitting with a notepad and pen, while a pair of hand holds a piece of paper with the inkblot. Users are asked to share their interpretation of the inkblot onsocial media platforms such as Google Plus, Facebook or Twitter. Born in in Zurich, Switzerland, Rorschach loved of klecksography – the art of turning inkblots into known images. This later shaped his career as a psychiatrist. After years of conducting various tests, he wrote Psychodiagnostik – a book describing how inkblot tests can be effectively used in psychoanalysis – in 1921.
