KATHMANDU: The price of gold has dropped by Rs 4,000 per tola (11.66 grams) in the domestic market on Sunday.    
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of hallmark gold has been fixed at Rs 141,000 per tola on Sunday while worked gold is being traded at Rs 140,300 per tola. On Friday, the price of the precious yellow metal (hallmark gold) was Rs 144,000 per tola.    
Similarly, the price of silver has declined by Rs 75 per tola on Sunday compared to Friday, and is being traded at Rs 1,825 per tola. -- RSS
