June 4: NIC Asia Bank Limited was honored with the prestigious ‘Infosys Finacle Innovation Awards 2024’ for its exceptional digital products in the country's banking and financial sector.

The bank received the ‘Channel Innovation Platinum’ award for 2024, an accolade given annually by the international service provider ‘Infosys Finacle’.

NIC Asia Bank won this award in the innovation category, competing against 200 applicants across 10 categories. The award was given in recognition of its innovative and outstanding product, iServe, which enhances Nepal's digital banking services and provides international-level online banking.

iServe is the top digital platform introduced by the bank in Nepal. It offers the convenience of using digital banking services from home or office, eliminating the need to visit the bank’s branch office physically.

The bank believes that this recognition will help further refine its digital services and reach more customers.
