KATHMANDU: The government has set a target of bringing in 1.6 million tourists in the next fiscal year.

Announcing the budget for the next fiscal year on Tuesday, Finance Minister Barshman Pun said that the government has set a target to bring 1.6 million tourists to Nepal in the next fiscal year.

He informed that the government has allocated a budget of Rs 5.46 billion for tourism promotion.
