<span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS","sans-serif"">The Rasuwagadhi border point has seen increasing mobility of people travelling to Mt Kailash and Mansarovar, considered to be the abode of Lord Shiva, via Trishuli, Dhunche and Syafrubesi. </span><br />
<span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS","sans-serif"">Chief of the Rasuwagadhi Immigration Office, Murari Niraura said that 40 passengers on an average are travelling to Mansarovar via the border point every day. </span><br />
<span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS","sans-serif"">Mansarovar is 950 kilometers away from this border point. Niraula said although pilgrims can visit Mansarovar from Nepal via Rasuwagadhi and Hilsa (Humla) border points, Rasuwagadhi has witnessed rising number of visitors to the religious site as it is geographically closer to Kathmandu. </span><br />
