<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,"sans-serif""><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Stating that there is a gap between the goals and the achievements of the 15th plan, Shrestha said that the main focus of the 16th plan is implementation. "The five-year tasks to be undertaken by every ministry are included in the plan. It has been prepared by engaging with more than 3,000 stakeholders. In this plan, the problems and challenges have been studied and researched in detail, and solutions have been drawn out," he said.</span></span></span></span></p>
