April 28: President Ram Chandra Paudel has issued the Ordinance Amending Some Nepal Acts Related to Investment Facilitation, 2081.     
The President issued the ordinance upon the recommendation of the Council of Ministers in accordance with the Article 114 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal, states a communiqué signed by Shailaja Regmi Bhattarai, the spokesperson at the Office of the President.    
The ordinance was issued to facilitate investors in the context of the Third Investment Summit that kicked off in the federal capital on Sunday.  -- RSS
