April 26: Sabaiko Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha and Sadhana Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha have singed the final agreement for merger.

The final agreement for the merger between the two companies took place on Wednesday. The two companies are merging on an equal basis, with 1:1 swap ratio.

 Annual general assemblies of the both companies had endorsed merger proposal on March 2, 2024.
