<p><span style="font-size:18px">"The influence of westerly wind and local wind in Nepal has resulted in partly cloudy weather in the hill areas of the country including Koshi province," he said, adding, "Although there had been rainfall in the eastern parts of the country recently, the western region was yet to experience rainfall in the past few days. Now, the rainfall is shifting towards the western parts of Nepal." </span></p>
