<span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS","sans-serif"">The bridge has been opened for traffic after an on-site assessment and in consultation with experts who said that travelling across the bridge was not a problem, said Engineer Niraj Shakya of the Road Division Office, Nepalgunj. </span><br />
<span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS","sans-serif"">The wire ropes holding the signature bridge had caught fire in the incident that took place last Monday.
