Honda Officials Inaugurate Two-Wheeler Assembly Plant in Nepal

March 7: Representatives from the Japanese automobile brand Honda recently inaugurated a two-wheeler assembly plant in Nepal. Businessman Saurabh Jyoti wrote on social media platform ‘X’ that “guests” from Honda Japan inaugurated the plant.

According to Jyoti, Himal Moto Nepal, set up with an investment of Rs 1.5 billion, will produce 100,000 motorcycles and scooters “marking a new era of mobility”.

The assembly plant has been set up in an area of 220,000 sq ft, added Jyoti.
