February 28: High Court Patan has issued an interim order not to implement the notice to immediately vacate the building of Bhatbhateni Developers Pvt Ltd operated by entrepreneur Min Bahadur Gurung on Lalita Niwas land.    
A single bench of Patan High Court Judge Munendra Prasad Awasthi issued the interim order not to implement the notice of Kathmandu Metropolitan City to immediately vacate the Bhatbhateni building operated on Lalita Niwas land in Baluwatar.    
The High Court issued the interim order in the name of entrepreneur Gurung and his relative Sarala Ghale Gurung.    
A writ petition was filed at the High Court demanding order of prohibition after KMC issued a notice to vacate all structures of Bhatbhanteni. -- RSS
