<span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS","sans-serif"">It has come to light that Thapa had taken loan producing documents of a fake company called 'Kabhre Broiler Suppliers'. The then Appellate Court Patan had, on May 12, 2014, convicted Thapa of banking crime and sentenced him to three years in prison and a fine equivalent to the amount that he had misappropriated.
