February 6: The government tabled the Financial Procedure and Fiscal Accountability (First Amendment) Ordinance in the National Assembly (NA) meeting on Monday.    
Finance Minister Dr Prakash Sharan Mahat presented the Financial Procedure and Fiscal Accountability (First Amendment) Ordinance, 2080 at the meeting.    
President Ram Chandra Paudel had issued the ordinance on January 18 upon the recommendation of the Council of Ministers.      
Likewise, the amendment drafting committee's report on NA Regulations, 2075 was also tabled at the NA meeting on Monday by the committee president Suresh Kumar Ale.    
Furthermore, Minister for Agriculture Beduram Bhusal on behalf of the Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Dhanraj Gurung tabled an order in the NA to remove the obstacles as per Section 42 of the Commission for the Investigation of Enforced Disappeared Persons, Truth and Reconciliation Commission Act, 2071.    
The next meeting of the NA is scheduled to be held at 11:01 am on Wednesday. -- RSS
