NAC Provides Free Air Tickets to Cancer Patients on Kathmandu-Delhi-Kathmandu Flights   

February 6: Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) has been providing free air transport facilities to the cancer patients on the Kathmandu-Delhi-Kathmandu route.    
NAC Spokesperson Ramesh Poudel told RSS that the national flag-carrier has been providing 100 percent concession to the cancer patients and up to 50 percent concession to their attendants for the airfare on this route as part of its corporate social responsibility.    
The NAC said in a press statement released on the occasion of the World Cancer Day, 2024 that it has been providing this concession on airfare to the cancer patients and their attendant on the basis of the doctor's report and the recommendation of Nepal Cancer Relief Society. --RSS
