<span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS","sans-serif"">The development partners attending the meeting stressed the need to establish coherent linkage between the 16th plan and LDC graduation strategy. </span><br />
<span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS","sans-serif"">NPC Vice-Chair Dr Shrestha said constructive recommendations received from the development partners would be included in the 16th plan. </span><br />
