CIAA Sues Pilot Shah   

January 5: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has sued Nepal Airlines' pilot Samrat Bahadur Shah for producing fake educational credentials he for his promotion.    
CIAA filed a charge sheet against Shah at the Special Court, Kathmandu after it was found that he presented fake certificates of educational qualification for getting promoted to the eighth-level captain from junior pilot, CIAA Spokesperson Namahari Ghimire told RSS.    
CIAA had found his educational credentials to be phony after investigation.    

Spokesperson Ghimire further said that Shah had presented phony certificates showing that he had completed intermediate level in first division from VSJ Inter College of Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. -- RSS
