After the discussion, the committee Chairperson Santosh Chalise said that the committee has asked the NTA to submit the details of factual information about the sale and purchase of Ncell shares in written within two weeks. </span><br />
<span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS","sans-serif"">In the meeting, NTA Chairperson Purushottam Khanal shared that they received a letter from Ncell Axiata Limited, a private mobile service provider based in Nepal, that it would provide the details of sale and purchase of Ncell share soon as it was collecting documents in this regard. </span><br />
<span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS","sans-serif"">"On December 1, the NTA had written to Ncell seeking details of the sale and purchase of its shares, and received the response from the company on December 5. The process of collecting related documents is underway and it would be submitted to the respective body in line with the existing laws of Nepal," he added. </span><br />
