November 23: Traffic police has urged the general public in the Kathmandu Valley not to use vehicles except for essential work today.    
The Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police office made this call citing possibility of obstruction in vehicular movement due to the rallies announced by different groups at various places of the Valley on Thursday, November 23.    
The Traffic Police has also requested the public to enquire about the situation of road by making a call at 100 or 103 or listening to Traffic FM 95.5 Megahertz before going out with vehicles. The Traffic Police has asked all those driving in the valley on Thursday for their cooperation as they may be asked to changes their route from any places for the safety of drivers and passengers. -- RSS
