September 6: Bhutan's first private airliner, Bhutan Airlines, is all set to resume its flights to Kathmandu.
Society International Travel Services, the airline company’s general sales agent for Nepal, confirmed that Bhutan Airlines will resume flights to Kathmandu from September 16.
According to the sales agent, Bhutan Airlines will operate Paro-Kathmandu-Delhi return flights four times a week on every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Saturday starting from September 16.
The airline company had stopped flights to Kathmandu due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It had started flying to Kathmandu from 2013.
