Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) Hikes Prices of Petroleum Products

September 1: The Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has increased the prices of various petroleum products.  Effective from Thursday midnight, the new prices will come into effect.

According to NOC, the price of petrol will rise by Rs. 4 per litre, while prices of diesel and kerosene have been hiked by Rs. 3 per litre. Additionally, the price of LP gas per cylinder has increased by Rs. 235.

This decision by NOC is in response to the recent price adjustments made by the Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), which supplies fuel to Nepal.

The latest price list from IOC shows an increase of Rs. 3.17 per litre for petrol, Rs. 2.48 per litre for diesel, and Rs. 186.45 per cylinder for LP gas.
