August 11: The Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE) has restored its online service, which has come into operation from Thursday.  The service had been temporarily disrupted since Tuesday due to the migration of the file server for the FEIMS system.

Kabiraj Uprety, the Department's Information Officer and Director, confirmed that the online service has been fully restored, making the issuance of work permits a more streamlined process.

Following the restoration of the FEIMS system, the Department has commenced the approval process for work permits. A notice has been issued to service recipients, informing them of the service's reinstatement.

Consequently, individuals can now register their applications for labor permits online.
