August 10: Ride-sharing service provider Pathao Nepal has launched the 'Pathao Parcel' service. Pathao Nepal’s Spokesperson Shashank Shamsher Thapa said that the parcel service allows people to deliver goods anywhere within the Kathmandu valley.
Pathao said that this service can be availed through Pathao's mobile app.
The person sending or receiving the parcel service can pay for the service. Thapa said that if there is any loss/damage while parceling the goods, Pathao will pay compensation up to Rs 2,000.
Service seekers can send a maximum of two kilograms of goods through the parcel service which is available 24 hours a day.
This service was under trial phase for some time but now it has been fully implemented since Wednesday.
