<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Bijay Raj Pandit, who serves as the Spokesperson for the District Police Office, Chitwan, the landslide made the highway impassable for vehicles. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Despite ongoing efforts to clear the road and restore traffic flow, subsequent landslips have made it hard to ensure safe passage for commuters. </span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">The Narayangadh-Muglin road has experienced frequent disruptions due to landslides in the past. </span></span></span></p>
